FitSteps is a fun, energetic dance fitness class that combines the elegant steps of Ballroom
with the up-tempo moves of Latin dance.
It is a full body workout that gets you fit whilst having fun! For anyone from age 16 to 80+.

to a line-dancing class designed for all levels of dance ability and fitness.
You don’t need a partner and sequins are optional!
